This is excellent and actually shows the uterus and ovaries being extracted through the vaginal canal after the robot has surgically removed them internally.  All video is taken internally with the da Vinci camera.

Very graphic video of a radical mastectomy (which means breast and lymph nodes).  19:50 shows the lifting off of the breast and the long trail of lymph nodes.  This is similar to my mastectomy except mine was on both sides and the expanders were put in before closing.  And my rock star plastic surgeon didn't staple me shut.  He closed with beautiful suturing that left minimal scarring.
